Investment Director at Domus UK Limited, Ian has worked in property for over 30 years. As a Chartered Surveyor in private practice, ultimately heading up the national valuation team for a top ten property consultancy, before making the transition to development in 2007. In development, Ian worked initially for a niche company specialising in PBSA properties before joining Domus in 2015.

Ian has extensive experience in site acquisition, planning, construction and disposal of substantial projects in a variety of property sectors throughout the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. He has recently successfully completed projects for Domus in Liverpool, Plymouth and Belfast.

Ian holds an MBA (Construction & Real Estate) with distinction from Reading University, a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management and an RICS Diploma in Project Management.

Development Director, with over 20 years experience in development and planning.  Matt commenced his career with a national housebuilder at grassroots and worked his way up, before moving onto an acquisition and planning team with a national top FTSE 100 developer and beyond.

Matt is experienced with a vast array of acquisition and disposals, from high-rise to low-rise, from standard to bespoke and from urban regeneration to small infill sites.

His experience covers the whole of the UK but specialises in the south east and Home Counties.  In addition, Matt has experience of working on property deals in Northern and Southern Europe.

Andy has worked in the industry for 20 years, 4 of which were spent working in Australia and 11 of which have been spent at Domus. Andy oversees the sale of units and managers the sale and acquisition of land and property. In addition, Andy project manages small works and maintenance teams.

Before joining Domus Andy was a former soldier in the British Army, 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards, where he learnt at first-hand the benefits of working professionally as a team under pressure, and how to effectively manage people. Andy is a family man with two children and is a keen sportsman. When not playing sports can be found standing in Stamford Bridge, supporting his long-term love of Chelsea Football Club.

Lyn’s career path started in accounting, where she chose to use her unique blend of personable skills and analytical problem-solving. She never looked back and has now worked in accounting for 35 years, 20 of which she spent in the construction and property development sector. Lyn takes a strategic role within the business, looking after the
organisation’s finances and the day-to-day management of the office, including the complex needs of the staff.

Lyn is married with two boys and a dog. On her days off Lyn enjoys travelling and spending time outside exploring wildlife and tending to her garden.

 

 

As the Chief Financial Officer of Domus for the past five years, Antony brings over 35 years of construction and property experience to the business.

Before joining NCH in 2013, he worked with a variety of international and UK companies.  He now applies the necessary commercial finance credibility to the appraisal of investment opportunities and the securing of funding requirements.
